Close to Hackescher Markt,
the foundation stone was laid for the Rosenthaler Hof.

 

The foundation block for the Rosenthaler Hof, just a stone’s throw from the notable Hackeschen Höfe courtyard, was laid in cooperation with Wayss & Feytag Schlüsselfertigbau AG in 1997.

Construction unit A:	Office modernisation in the former Wertheim department store: 12,000 m², shopping and gastronomy space: 1,500 m².
Construction unit B:	Construction of new office and business premises: 11,000 m², shopping and gastronomy space: 500 m².
Construction unit C/D:	New construction and refurbishment of 99 exclusive VIP apartments.

 

So far, the new construction has been completed and the VIP apartments have been refurbished and sold.

A two-level underground car park serving existing and future construction units has also reached completion.

The total volume of investment is ca. DM 300 million.

Expected date of completion is the end of 2003.
