In partnership with VIADUKT and Winfried Euler GbR, the oldest building in Berlin’s old barn quarter (Scheunenviertel) was completely renovated and restored in keeping with stringent-heritage management practice and historic plans.
Instead of the previously empty sites, the corner building is now flanked by future-oriented constructions.

It now houses commercial premises that feature an Italian restaurant, a Berlin-style pub, a wine bar, a gallery, offices for project developers, lawyers, architects, an advertising agency and 12 apartments.
